Lorna Fox – Your Franchise CFO℠- has worked in the accounting and financial management field for over 25 years. She is a highly talented and accomplished senior accounting executive (CFO, controller) with exceptional experience in leading accounting and financial reporting operations for several multi-million-dollar entities. Her broad-based industry experience includes franchising, multi-location healthcare service providers, and government contracting.
Lorna started her entrepreneurial journey over a decade ago after accepting an offer to design and implement an accounting and reporting system, develop Standards of Procedures (SOP), and staff the accounting department within 60 days for the client to receive full funding! The two companies passed both audits, received full funding and were able to build temporary housing for those affected by disasters. Creating a business with a proven track record of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to clients’ goals with serious focus on providing cost efficient business and accounting solutions with an emphasis on process improvement development and improving profitability began.
Lorna Fox holds a BS degree in Business Admin from University of Houston-Downtown and Business Management degree from Kent State University. She is a member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the subject matter expert for QuickBooks Enterprise and Inventory Management.
